2025
We are a goalie training organization focused on growing and strengthening the level of Illinois high school goaltending. We are comprised of successful former Illinois high school goaltenders with a passion for giving back and helping goalies reach the next level
We offer preseason, mid-season and end-of-season bootcamps specifically for U14-U18 goalies to get them acclimated quickly to the speed of high school hockey, keep them sharp during the season and break out of bad habits. We also offer semi-private and private lessons
Our bootcamps are designed to be interactive and engaging and features both on and off ice training. Our on ice sessions are focused on teaching the newest techniques to find which methods work best for each goalie. Our off ice training features workouts, video sessions, goalie to goalie discussions and Q&A sessions
The High School Preseason Bootcamp is meant to be a chance for goalies to fine tune their game and get into shape before tryouts. It is also meant to help incoming 8th graders get acclimated to the speed of high school hockey shooters
The Bootcamp is open to all U14-U18 goalies who are interested in growing their game while also getting ready for tryouts
Over the course of the Bootcamp, goalies will fine tune their game by working on fundamentals, learning new techniques taught by today's NHL coaches and receiving instant video feedback. We will use a small station focused approach while keeping it challenging by introducing props such as white pucks, mini pucks and more.
Off ice sessions will focus on the mental side of the game through discussion and film and informing goalies on possible paths beyond high school hockey
The Bootcamp will be run out of Northbrook Sports Center in Northbrook, Illinois on the following dates:
7/29 - 6:40-9:40 PM
7/30 - 6:25-9:25 PM
8/1 - 5:40-7:10 PM
8/5 - 6:40-9:40 PM
8/6 - 6:25-9:25 PM

Our instructors are all successful former Illinois high school hockey goalies. There will be a minimum of 4 instructors on the ice at all times so every student will get plenty of 1 on 1 interaction. Please see the coaches page for more information
